IIs your ATO looking to provide license extensions for Synthetic Flight Instructors or Type Rating Instructors? We offer EASA-mandated training in teaching and learning through a comprehensive three-day course.
This course is designed to impart essential knowledge about human learning systems, covering key topics such as:
Memory formation, recall, and retention mechanisms
Perceptual limitations in learning
Individual learning differences among students
Motor skill development and in-aircraft learning methods
Effective briefing, debriefing, and classroom teaching techniques
While grounded in scientific principles, the course maintains a strong focus on practical application in everyday flight instruction, whether in an aircraft, simulator, or aviation classroom. Participants will gain valuable insights into establishing effective teaching practices and identifying less effective methods.

The course spans three days, totaling 25 hours of classroom instruction. If you represent an ATO, we can deliver the course at your location or provide a suitable venue in Stockholm, Sweden.
Course Fee: €2,899 (including VAT)
We recommend a maximum of 15 participants per course to ensure an optimal learning experience.
